How can I add cover art for my movies stored on a 1 terrabyte external hdd and...

...played on xbox 360? I have an external 1 terrabyte hdd that i store movies on and play on my xbox 360 but I would like to add the cover art any help would be greatly appreciated. Is it all manual or is there a program to manage them maybe. The hdd is in fat32 format if it matters thats the only way it will be recognized by my 360
