i had the envy two on my phone number for verizon, and it broke.. i have my old phone.. and want to reactivate it on my number? what is the best way to do this, quick and easy? i'm NOT the account owner, my dad is.. is there anyways i can do that without his code & him knowing?!?!

Well from your old phone, you need to dial *228 SEND... From there use option 3, which is not stated, but does exist. It will ask you for the ten digit phone number you are calling about, enter your number. Then it may or may not ask for a security code/password on the account. If it does ask for one then you will not have any way of activating it without one. Thanks for the great question, hope this info helps!

To quickly answer your question without typing a whole page... No, you need the account password to activate the phone.

Well, you're going to have to connect that phone with a company. I bet you can stay with your same number. I have T-Mobile, and they do that with us, but I don't know about Verizon Wireless.
