How can Heaven be a 'perfect' place if one is forced to dodge fights between God...

I avoid closing time at the local saloon for much the same reason

Good point... if God's perfectly-created angels attempted a coup in the past, what's to stop them from trying again?

On the other hand, think of how badass that battle would be! Flaming pitchforks piercing the silver wings of dive-bombing archangels!

After the war in heaven, there was nobody left there who was remotely interested in rebelling against God. And if angels are as genderless as some people pretend, they would have no reason to covet human women, anyway.
 
For the same reason that we both have free will and that god knows the future, even though those two things cancel eachother out. Because its all a fairytale designed to give people a preconstructed philosophy and lifestyle to adopt in place of their gaping lack of understanding or original consideration of the universe.
