these outlandish prices as if we're? ...too stupid to know that - thanks to lobbyists like the American Medical Association - we're paying ten times what many developed nations pay for far better care?

I'm referring to the health-care/Obamacare scam from both parties.

Do a little research on how much those lobbies paid, who they paid it to (both parties) and what they're doing to drive up prices.
 
I agree and wonder if those who lobby against Health Care Reform realize how many hundreds of million dollars are invested in this order: 1) Seven Biggest Health Care Companies gather together to form an organization. 2) This orginzaion hires a law firm; because its illegal for the Health Industry to have conflicts of interest. 3) The law firm hires a Public Relations company. 4) The PR hires lobbyist. 5) Lobbyist provide campaign contributions to Elective Officials to do their bidding. 6) This individuals will lie or tell you the truth regarding the issue at hand.

Note: If the Elective Official is representing the people's interest good legislative bills are pass. If not the American people are screwed once more. Its merely more than Democrats and Republicans; Right-Wings and Left Wing Political Philosophies.
 
If all qualified and interested students were allowed into medical school the market would be flooded with medical doctors and the cost of health care would go down

The AMA is a union and is anti capitalistic

We as a people need to bust the AMA

As for hospitals price controls need to be imposed on their greedy azzes and hospitals need to be built by the government if necessary

Combine the two and we have health care
