How can Cubans stop Global warming in Cuba?

How?
If they could trade ethanol with the US and get money, how would that help them?
 
Row boats to Florida instead of using power boats.

Row boats are environmentally better.
 
Grow Hemp, since it can be used in place of wood or cotton and does not take years to grow.
 
Humans cannot do anything to stop the natural cycles of the earth. You can, however, do some neat things that will impact your surroundings. Green rooftops have a cooling effect on their surroundings and they act to scrub pollution from the air - they are basically just grass planted on top of buildings, but they can have a big impact on a city.
 
Air moves over the whole world evenly. The concentration is essentially the same everywhere. There is nothing Cuba can do that would have any measurable effect over Cuba.
 
VERY SIMPLE, they can't. For that matter neither can the Americans, Chinese, Indians, or the rest of the world.
