How Can China and America work together to best mitigate climate change?

Climate change is a big issue and america and china are the main contributor to emissions. What are some ways that these two nations can work together to mitigate their contributions to climate change and environmental degradation?
 
China doesn't care about its people. Do you really think they care about climate change? Until all their baby's are born with two heads, they will do nothing to change their manufacturing processes which are making them the richest country in the world.
