how can cars from Nascar be fixed so fast????

Because they aren't "stock" machines. They are stripped down and built with higher quality components. There's more clearance and less parts. All the parts are new and have no corrosion and dirt to impede repairs. The guys that work on the cars know exactly what parts fail when the repair needs to be made, which greatly reduces diagnostic time.
 
All the crew members are the best in the business....They practice all year long building and tearing apart the cars....They could do it blind folded...You should watch the engine building challenge...They put together a motor in minutes!!!!!
