I know good bacteria can be found in wine, not sure about cultures. But that's the reason I'm just vegetarian right now, because I was having these really bad cravings for cheese and I'm under-aged and broke so I can't just go get some wine or something. What else can we have that contains the two things? And please don't say cheese the point is I'm trying to go vegan.
Thank you Brittany the soygurt sounds interesting I'll have to try it sometime. And yes regular yogurt makes me throw up!

o'soy is a good option, i actually enjoy the taste of it over regular yogurt.

Usually people start craving things when they aren't eating three meals a day. These cravings lead you to "break". During the past month i've been making sure that i'm eating three meals, and i've almost eliminated my cravings for things i shouldn't be eating. I'm a lactose intolerant vegetarian, it has really stopped me from pigging out on cheese and has really helped me with random chocolate cravings.

!! good luck !!

Puddle- I warn you, it is more expensive than regular yogurt. Ive only tried one brand- Stonyfield Farm's O'soy. I live in the middle of nowhere, but I'm sure that you'll be able to find different brands. This one has a bit of an aftertaste, but all-in-all, I think it's one of those things you have to get used to.
And if you wanted the cultures for some digestional issues, have you tried flax seed? It's inexpensive and can be mixed in almost anything.

soygurt!
It's not as good as the regular, but it won't make you puke lol (my son loves it).
I think that they also sell a powdered mix that you can add to things. Check with the local health food store.
