you still my have tissue in your body that my not have come out some have go left in and your body feed off of that and your body still thinks it preg you also go threw hormonal changes when you become preg you may still have after that what I mean Tissue it like a peace of the placenta that kind

i got an abortion about 3 weeks ago....unprotected sex 4 days after abortion.....i took plan B afterward....i had period last week....pregnancy test result shown positive now...am i pregnant???.
