how can a make a copy of an Adobe Flash Player movie?

There are web sites with small "Adobe Flash Player" movies on the screen. I would like to somehow copy that movie and keep it for future viewing, but how can I do this?

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can make a copy of an Adobe Flash Player movie?
