how can a dad who pays alot of child support and doesnt see his kids get help

wthout paying alot for a lawyer? the mother wants him to go from paying 350 to 967.0 for two kids. he pays 308 for another child. she doesnt work and lives off the system for help because he grosses one amount and brings home very little after taxes. he needs help but cant afford an attorny
