bought a touchscreen phone in Dec. put it away in a closet unopened. opened it for Xmas, by march the screen quit working.the phone was never dropped, nor gotten wet, and had a case. sent it in for repair only to be told that corrosion is the problem , not covered in warrenty. what kind of scam is THAT?
how can a cell phone get corrosion in just 3 months of use without getting wet?
