So, in the summer (mid june) I'm going to be doing two weeks of football camps, 1 week is from 9am-3pm, the other is from 9am-2pm. Is it going to be brutal? Because I don't want to be burnt out the whole summer....

The first few days is really tough. You gotat get used to the heat and constant running and extering energy. The most important rule of practicing in the summer months is to drink lots of water. LOTS of water.

For example, the 2nd day of Summer camp at my Highschool a few years back, our starting Tight End dropped to the ground and passed out due to heat stroke. He was not drinking water and wasen't properly hydrated. (I was in NJ at the time)
