How big of an issue will Guantanamo Bay be this election after yesterday?

The Supreme Court has ruled that prisoners at Guantanamo Bay can now sue in civil court over their detention. President Bush has said we now need Congressional Legislation to protect us. How important will this issue become in the months leading to the election? What would the candidates do about this issue? Who would be more likely to advocate releasing the prisoners and who would want to continue following Bush policies?

I think it'll become an issue in that it's another example of McCain continuing Bush's policies.
 
I think we should radio tag them and then send them back to their country of origin, and if they show up in a warzone again, its shoot to kill.
