I'm thinking about starting up a collection and buying up some tapes from eBay. Just wondering how big you guys' collections are? Any pics?

Can't really get all them into a shot, but I'm pretty proud of my cartoon VHS collection:

-Alakazam The Great
-Big Wars
-Tale of Genji
-Castle of Cagliostro (both Steamline and Manga dub)
-Bob & Margaret Vol. 2 and 5
-Rocko's Modern Life: Love Struck
-The Little Mermaid (1975)
-Spaced Out Japanimation Box Set
-Computer Visions
-Robotech Vol. 1-20
-Armored Trooper VOTOMS (various volumes from seasons 1, 3, and 4)
-Mad Bull 34 Vol. 1-3
-Computer Animation Showcase
-Best of Computer Animation Vol. 2
-Computer Animation Festival

Currently, 49% of my DVD collection actually consists of animation. However, I can see it going up to 50% in the next six or seven months.

On VHS however, I own The Phantom Tollbooth, and every Digimon episode on tape.

Over 200 official Anime DVDs (and only 5 live action DVDs, making for about 98%

Somewhere around 200 *ahem* un-official anime DVD-Rs

About 50-60 VHS tapes of various crap from Kids' WB!, Fox Kids, and Toonami in the late 90's (no real full collections other than all of Tenchi Muyo! and Zoids CC... both of which I'll later buy officially anyhow).

About 50 DVD-Rs of US animation I recorded off TV after getting my DVD burner and capture card. Mostly odds and ends, but I have Xiaolin Showdown, The Batman, Legion of Superheroes, Teen Titans, and Ben 10 complete or up to the current episode. Again, not really sure why I bother since if it's something that I really like, I'll end up buying the official DVD sets anyhow.

I'm proud of what I've got, but at the same time disgusted because, aside from the anime, I mostly end up with random odds and ends and very few complete series or even complete seasons. It's just so much more impressive to say "I have this show, that show, and all these shows in their entirety" than it is to say "well I have this random episode of Cow and Chicken and this random episode of Freakazoid".
