I know, obviously, that the armed forces defend it - but is it infantry alone who defend it or everyone who is stationed there?
Also, who goes on patrol there, the infantry regiments or anyone who's available - I'm hoping to join the Army Air Corps, but I'm curious about what would be expected on tour over in Afghanistan.
