Where are the best places to find reliable PHP developers.
To complete a few simple tasks.
I've tried freelancer.com but have had poor results from the developers there, also the developers there tend to vanish for days if not weeks at a time.
(Most of them come from India and Pakistan... Maybe its a cultural thing???)
Without hiring full time staff how can I get Programmers who will complete jobs within the agreed time? and to a reasonable working standard?
Please let me know any of your ideas?
