haha uhh... well i totally pigged out today.
i don't know why, but food tastes so much better when you know you aren't supposed to be eating it, dontcha think?
well let's see. i was doing pretty well until i got home from summer school, then it just went downhill. hahah.
breakfast: life cereal with a banana
snack: a few sun chips
lunch: sandwich on honey wheat bread with ham, a slice of cheese, and lettuce
-just random food-: a huge bowl of ice cream (i'm guessing like 800 calories. hah. oops. ice cream is my weakness.)
-a handful of goldfish, some skittles, part of a snickers bar
-a cheeseburger on a bun and garlic cheesy bread.
wow. that's a lot. hahah. i probably ate some more stuff too, i just missed it.
i know it's a lot, but then again i walked almost 3 miles today and went swimming.
it's just bad because i'm 5 ft 9 and 160 pounds, and trying to lose weight. x_x
what can i do to keep myself from eating when i'm bored/sad/or even happy? anyone else had this problem and got over it somehow?
