I have all the food groups in my diet except legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, fish and eggs, which I'm lacking in because I don't have access to an organic farmer's market, right now, but the foods I buy at my local supermarket, has a few items organic and 100% which are dairy, whole grains, meat and poultry. Will I be fine health wise, until I can afford the food substances that I'm lacking in which are legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, fish and eggs ?
