I'm making this file storage system, and i saw examples on when i click on a link to file it will direct me to a description of the file before downloading. it looks like its made from php because it looks like a dynamic URL.
are the description pages made really made dynamically?
do i have to make a table in my database that contains all the files uploaded by users?
can anyone give me an idea on how to do this it will be my deepest appreciation.
