Carbon Dioxide/Climate Change"? Are both "battles" impossible to "win?" People will always commit crimes and atrocities and the climate will always change and CO2 will always be a natural part respiration and the environment.
Cecil: You can't have a war on terror or on crime. All you can do is make sure people face justice for their crimes or are ever prevented from doing their crimes again. But there will still be people who will commit crimes who haven't yet. And diseases can by prevented, fought, and eliminated, but not something involving nature or human nature.

Print more money, I guess.

Look at the "war on poverty." That's been going on for decades and there are still poor people. It's cost trillions of dollars with no results.

Oh, and the "war on terror" has been stopped. We're not even allowed to call terrorism by that name anymore because it upsets bomb toting murderers.

And we don't want to do that, do we? :)

"the climate will always change and CO2 will always be a natural part respiration and the environment"

Gee, nitrogen will always be a vital aspect of flora and fauna, I guess that means nitrogen emissions can't cause any environmental damage. All those studies that claim that nitrogen emissions lead to smog? Sure, smog changes climate, but climate changes all the time anyway so it's no biggie.

It's just typical liberal lies. Those liberals and their science and facts.

My Government is not banckrupt. The war on terror could be fought in many ways. Should we stand by and watch as people carry out atrocities. Globally we allow too many atrocities to occur. Its great to see our Governments taks a stand on something. Changes in CO2 have been helped along by humans and fossil fuels. Its a good thing the discoverers of antibiotics didnt just through their hands up and say, "why bother, people are going to die anyway..."
