well there is the fact that they consume energy and that means they are contaminating in an non-direct way because of the contamination that is made when that energy is produced. Also you need to consider all that contamination that are produced by the places where the components ; screens , keyboards, mouses, hard drives , etc. are made . plus the places where they are put together
Also the batteries for laptops are a very bad for the environment if they are not disposed properly
