How am i suppost to do the road test for the M1?

i want to get my M1 soon but i realized that u need to pass a road test (in ontario) in order to get ur license. i have never set foot on a motorcycle since it is illegal to drive without a license so how do they expect me to pass without driving a motorcycle before. is there a course i can do or is it just the basics of the motorcyle u need to know like how to start it. i was thinking maybe i should buy a motorcycle first, practice then take the test. answers please. also any links that r good for beginner riders please share
