how accurate are pregnancy tests?

i am 14 and almost positive i am pregnant. i found a pregnancy test my mom had and i am going to take it. i was just wondering how accurate pregnancy tests are. if i am pregnant could from 4 1/2 months along to six months along.
i am showing and i do not appreciate mean or rude comments.
 
Pregnancy tests are very accurate. Especially if you are that far along. Take the test and see a doctor soon!
