I want to go to this liberal arts school that has a joint program with a technology school (an Institute of Technology). With this program it has where I can get a BA in Engineering Science from the liberal arts school and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the tech. school. Also, since the BS in mathematics at the liberal arts school requires most of the same classes as the Engineering science major, I wanted to do a double major with those two at the liberal arts school. Basically, I would have access to both schools and be enrolled at both at the same time. Does this sound like a good idea for a prospective engineering student? I want to get a master's in environmental engineering after.. Thanks for any input. Just so you know, the two engineering degrees are a part of the program (I'm not just trying to get two engineering degrees), it's the math degree I am adding for only a few courses extra...
