We found a nice house without a basement in DC area. We have never lived on this side of coast before. We are just wondering whether this is going to be a problem during the winter. We were told by our friends that the pipes or plumbing might freeze up during the winter. In addition, will we have trouble selling this house later if it does have a basement.
