Why do you think this "super congress" will agree to tax increases? Particularly in light of both McConnell and Boener saying they won't be putting anyone in there who would agree to a tax imcrease?

Unless you are saying they will simplify the tax code and lose loopholes and lower rates...which I bellieve both sides want. And this would be a good vehicle to do that.
