How do you know the guy was another brother? we didnt see it in the flashback at the begining. i think your just assuming.

I think it was pretty obvious he was the 3rd brother as there were only 3 people alive in the whole town

At the end of the film. The camera pans to the deer carcass man and he smirks or something as if to say. Ha ha it's not over. Maybe a plan for a sequel but probably just a nod to the audience!

It's almost comparable to Scream in that it is semi aware of it being a film... Anyone else got an example?
