House of 1,000 Corpses

It's alright if you like that kind of thing, I guess. ;)

You'd have to really like that kind of thing though, as looking at it as a stand alone film with no context, it's awful.

But as I like terrible gorey horror, I liked it. :)

Yay! I loved this film. :) I've watched it quite a few times now. I've always been a fan of Rob Zombie's music as well, so this is just great. I can't wait for the Devil's Rejects. I posted a thread on here a while ago about that film.
Do you like/listen to White Zombie/Rob Zombie Tatty-Teddy?

I loveeeeeeeee this movie- its one of those ones which didn't have such a big coverage when it was release...but wow! what a movie...although sequal looks good, im waiting with baited breath

Well, I was aware of Rob Zombie, and his band (I remember seeing pictures of him/them in Kerrang! years ago, with his long grey/white hair), but hadn't really explored his/their music - until now; since hearing loaRAB of it on the soundtrack I'm very impressed and am going to have to get my hanRAB on some - it reminRAB me of a cross between The Cramps and Marilyn Manson (was he influenced by Rob?).

Was Marilyn influenced by Rob?!!! How dare you! :D
Marilyn is my god and he is just him! Oooh, I need that man (he knows he wants me too really). :D

Anyhow, if you're interested, try these (my faves):

White Zombie - Astro-Creep: 2000
White Zombie - La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Vol 1
Rob Zombie - Sinister Urge
Rob Zombie - Hellbilly Deluxe

Also, I bought the House of 1000 Corpses soundtrack, and whilst it might not be quite good enough for some, I really like the majority of it. It's even got slim Whitman's 'I Remember You' on it. If it doesn't drive you mad, it can be great fun to sing and laugh to! It makes me giggle so much - how did that bloke ever 'choose' to sing in that fashion? :D
