Hourglass body figure,thin figure,or what?

OK,so not everyone has a good hip-theigh ratio.
My theighs are thin,
but too thin for my upper body :[
So any advice to how to get thicker legs,or a thinner upper body?
Also,any tips on getting a big butt,or ways to have bigger breasts?
Thinner arms?

eat icecream ALOT that will sink to you lower thighs. whilst you are doing this, do not exersie your thighs but upper body only. once your thighs get thick enough you may continue your lower body exersise (just a little eg; a little bit of jogging) to tone up your thighs whilst still being thick.

it may sound stupid but trust me- it works !
