I placed an order on 12/12/10; charge was immediately made to my card; it is now 1/18/11 and still no boots. I have repeatedly sent emails and requests for information. The tracking information is worthless - all I get is "processing". Over a month? I am really sorry I placed this order with this company. The Chinese people are unable to make sense in English, provide proper correctly posed or worded questions and answers. Mistake to order from here.
