Hotsync Troubles errrr

So, my hotsync for my Tungsten t3 is acting all nuts. I have to restart my computer then end task hotsync atleast one time (not exit, but end task) in order for it to maybe hotsync. What could this be? As we talk it's syncing but if i give it 5 minutes it won't again. Is there an update for hotsync that I missed somewhere? Errrrr.

Please advise! This is a real pisser (I can say that right? If not just star it out, my bad)

There are updates for the T3 at the PalmOne web site. If you haven't installed them, you should. If you have and are still having syncing problems, you should uninstall and then reinatll the Palm desktop. If that doesn't fix things, copy and paste your hotsync log here so we can look at it. Rambling complaints about something not working with no step by step details rarely gets problems solved.
 
The problem doesn't lie in the hotsync log it doesn't get that far. It seems to be delayed some. If I let it sit there looking for the Hotsync so far (tonight that is) it has come up, just a little delayed.

OK, have you installed the T3 updates from the PalmOne website? If it's just a matter of it taking a long time to find the user or handheld configuration, uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop software usually fixes things.
