Hotdogs, Balonga & Spam?

I've tried 2 figure out what parts of the turkey, pig, chicken, and cow are used while making these things, but for the life of me, i've always been left wondering...What parts of the animals do they usually use to make hotdogs, balonga, & spam?

From what I understand, if you enjoy eating these foods, you are much better off NOT knowing what they are made from.
