when I walk a lot outside or go into the grocery store I get intense hot flash things and my eyes get dry or just feel bigger or something. This even happens when I'm just sitting around, not even moving.I dont know what this is but it makes it hard to walk, I get really tired because of feeling so hot. Is my body nervous and tired? Seems like maybe allergies? But I have no mucus stuff going on, just heavy head and hot flashes, and watery dry big eye feeling.
I dont feel "sick" just weird. Maybe its hormones? It isnt related to my period schedule either, though.
