hot flashes at school... help!?

i just need to last til 5 when i can leave.
i'm in night school so i just got here, but i'm already having horrible heat flashes and its almost impossible to concentrate. any solutions? please? baby is kickin and doin fine just i'm so uncomfortable! i'm 24 weeks.
 
Hot flashes are normal during pregnancy I get them all of the time, Try to drink some cold water and have a cold damp wash cloth in class to wipe yor head and neck and you should be fine.
