im about to call GMA news about this person .paul a supervisor plays mental games with your job and your mind,if paul is mad at you that day you get a letter of how your performance is not becoming that of a 911 operator.paul has made employees have health issues in order to keep are jobs.also i have worked there 7 years and can handle suicides on the phone better then this person (paul ) i and others have had to go on antidepressants and zantac just to put up with him. no matter how much we complain to his boss nothing is done about it.we cant quit, we all have families and the economy there are no jobs.paul even messes with are payroll, saying overtime slips weren't turned in or lost.i am broken beyond broken. last week paul saw the depression in my face and came out with a place to go get counseling, in front of all my working friends.im not alone paul does this to everyone.please, what can be done beside the obvious of beating the crap out of him.i have a friend who worked here 17 years and the doctor told her that her health was so bad because of nerves he told her to quit this job. she had a bleeding ulcer and diverticulitis. she now says it was the best thing that ever happened. she is very healthy now. but hates paul for all what he did to her.paul has worked there 20 years and just gets away with this over and over.if he does like you ( he will give you a bonus or extra money on your pay check.
paul will say all this is due to the type of job we do.if it is the type of job we have then why are alot of our policemen afraid to deal with him, for there reports might just go away .paul has added cameras to the room and watches us even at home(his home) enough, please help .
