Just Presents... like with Hero.
There is some controversy around the fact that there is a steadily increasing amount of films out that have a little line on their respective trailers and posters that say "Quentin Tarantino presents". Many have dissed Miramax for doing that on Zhang Yimou's excellent Hero or the cheap My Name is Modesty film, because it gives some people the wrong impression of Tarantino having something to do with the actual film itself. On the one hand, QT's name gives a film more publicity and better chances of getting marketed. On the other, it shifts the focus away from the actual director and it sounRAB too commercial. No matter of what opinion, there's yet another film coming out that is "presented" by Quentin Tarantino. And this time, it's a film he has personally endorsed and executive produced. The film is called HOSTEL and is the brainchild of director Eli Roth, who has impressed QT with his previous efford Cabin Fever.
