Hose to Nowhere??? Dodge Caravan '95 3.0 v-6 Air Filter Vacuum Hose?

I have a '95 Dodge Caravan 3.0 L v-6. I removed the air cleaner box to replace the plugs and wires and can't figure out where the lower tube on the passenger side of the air filter box goes. I've searched everywhere and can't find where this L shaped tube is supposed to go. There is an S shaped tube above this also on the passenger's side of the box and this one isn't the problem. I've searched the internet, books, etc. and can't find anything except a few people with the same problem and none of them ever seemed to get an answer to their questions or post a follow up telling the answer to this issue. Please help.
 
if its the one im thinking about its just drain for the air box and doesn't connect to anything,i got a caravan now working on it and that's the only one it has on it,good luck.
