I am replacing a few hose clamps under the hood of my car.
The clamps I see that are for sale have an "Effective Diameter Range".
How do I determine what that is ?
The hose before it is clamped ?
After the clamp is tightened ?
I notice that the Effective Diameter Ranges overlap a good bit - more than one part/model could produce the same clamped diameter.
This is the only thing that I need to know before getting to work on this.
Thanks.
