It's from the 1980s or 1990s I think. Ghosts or demons or something are haunting a building. There's also like some animatronic show that turns deadly (octopus arms?). I think someone that died earlier comes out of a lake on a machine. Sorry, I watched it when I wasn't supposed to when I was 3 or so and these are the only clues I have to try and find it. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?
