Horrible cramps in arch or foot? Toes dislocate?

So I'm 15 years old and I occasionally get this awful, extremely painful cramp like pain in the arch of my foot that stretches out to my toes. I'm not sure if you can call it a cramp really, but it's almost a numb sort of feeling too. My toes will also pop out of their socket and when I pop them back in, my feet feel better. These only last less than I minute, but it's so horrible I have to stop what I'm doing. Any ideas what this could be? What can I do??
