the horn on my 1998 dodge neon started going off randomly last night it how ever was raining hard is it possable the rain caused the wireing connection to short out?
Yes the rain may have caused it. Call your local dealer and ask them if there are any recalls on your vehicle. All you need is you vin#. Dodge has a terrible electrical system in all there cars and it may have a recall on it!
