I've read the post on the horn problems here on yahoo and it all says it's the clock spring in the steering wheel. The problem I am having is that the horn won't stop. I pulled out the fuse in the box in the engine compartment and it goes off. I even disconnected the horn button in the steering wheel but the horn still won't go off. Anyone have any ideas on what to check next? Taking it to a dealer is going to cost me an arm and a leg. Please only positive comments as this is a site for help. Thanks
