im officially goin to Foo Fighters dec 6, im goin in a mosh pit for the first time, so im kinda excited/terrified. any suggestions on what i should wear, bring, and do to get to the front?
 
Take a really really big friend. And wear summat that you wont get too hot in... Oh, and take me too! Id love to see em, lucky bitch :(
 
If you're not that tall (for a girl it's always hard...), you shud make sure that you stand next to the most drunken idiots. It's quite easy to push foward, you only have to wait til they topple down. And that happens very fast... In the beginning of one concert, I stood in row 10 or 12 and in the end of the first song, I stood directly in front of the stage. If you manage this, do me a favour and say hello to Dave Grohl.
 
I'm going to see them in Noveraber too . . . the first decent international act to come here in months. I'll be front row bowing down to Dave Grohl and moshing like mad!
 
Moshing is lame.

dancing is better.

wear tight clothing. loose stuff tenRAB to get caught more. and having a big friend near you isn't a bad idea.
 
And don't have anything in your pockets, but that goes without saying.
My friend lost her Phone, Wallet and her Engagement ring the first time she went moshing.
 
well im really tall apparently. and once my friend, he was in the mosh, and was getting his stomach pushed against a metal gate, and he vomited...ugh
 
^ yep, thats happend at a gigs ive been too, some people did it 3 times and got taken out. and a local gig someone got up onto the stage and crowd dived...he got chucked out.
