G geek883 Guest Oct 26, 2008 #2 The easiest way I can tell you without actually seeing what connections are available would be to do the following. 1- Hook up DVR to cable 2- Run the DVR output into the input of the VCR/DVD combo 3- Run the output of the VCR/DVD combo to your TV Cable--->DVR--->VCR/DVD combo--->TV
