In Hong Kong (hung hom, kowloon) I had this steamed fish that was served on this large heated platter that was covered in leeks, onions, round hot peppers, little chilli peppers, enoki mushrooms, bean sprouts and BLACK BEANS. Does anyone know where I can find this recipe? Or what the chinese name for it is???
it was spicy, orangy sauce. I wish i could attach a picture of it here.
Please note - I am not interested in the regular steamed fish with just the mushrooms, leeks and lemongrass - the internet is full of that recipe i'm looking for the steamed fish that is absolutely covered in these hot peppers.. mushrooms..black beans..etc.
