honda turbocharging and tuning for power?

i have a 1990 honda civic wagon with a 4 cilinder d 15 1.5 litir single over head cam engine
i was just wondering how much turbocharged boost the engine would hold up to the car is stock with 160,000 miles i will be putting a dual over head cam head on it when i get the money


im just looking for enough power to get on to the interstate with ease

if ther is a better cheeper way to get 50 horsepower please help me im used to a v8
 
Yo dog, da internals on dis car was built for gas economy not to hold power. You add power and da shiii is gonna break. . Especially wit dat kind of high miles you got. Give me a hollar, I own a shop and do work on all kinds of hondas, they don't like mods and they aint built for dem.
