Hi to all,
firstly i am 25 yeas old. is it legal to unrestrict mopeds?
secondly, how would i go about doing this on my particular bike, i have a race pipe and a new air filter. i have read up alot on this and have been advised at various garage's that i need rollers and a better variator.
could some help plz many thanks
