honda sl 100 good bikes?

hy i was wondering if 71 sl 100 are good bikes. and how fast do they go? cause i just traded a running kd 100 for a not running but can be fixed for 50 bucks sl 100, in better shape than the kd
well the reason i wanted the sl 100 wasnt too much for speed i just wanted it cause it was street legal i only paid 250 for the kawi, and ya is it hard to get a salvaged title for a bike
 
I think you know that answer the kawi is a better bike....top spped is around 60 thats wound out in top geer with a tuned hooker header,well you can change out the rear sprocket for what 30-70 dollars and get more speed or less depends on what you want
