honda s2000 or camaro?

So im trying to decide what car to get because i wanna race, but racing take a car with a little bit of work and money put in it. im not going to race for another year so ill have time to get more money but for now i have $3000(not alot).So i wanna know what car is going to be the best for racing and the cheapest to get set up for racing?
 
well the S2000 already ahs a sacing setup and accessories are much more readily available for S2000 recing modification.

Are you referringto straight line racing, as the only reason to get camaro is to race straight

the S2000 is a far superior handling car
